COVID-19 Update:

Production and shipping times may be longer than usual due to COVID-19. To minimize trips to the post office, orders will only be sent out on Saturdays. I'll do my best to provide updates and communicate any delays, but ask that you please be patient.  

Shipping + Returns

All orders receive free tracked shipping (2-8 business days).  Shipping is only available to the contiguous U.S. at this time. 

Most items are shipped out within 5-10 business days.  Made to Order items or products available for pre-order require additional time for production and processing.

Please refer to the Current Lead Time at the top of this page for more info, and contact me before placing an order if you need items sooner. 

Expedited shipping (up to 3 business days) is available for a flat rate of $15 however production and processing time still applies for Made to Order products.

Reach out to confirm an ETA if you need your item sooner or in time for an event.

Unless you've received the wrong item, sudosci does not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

In most cases, yes! If an error was made to a custom order on my behalf, please let me know within seven days of delivery to resolve any sizing issues!

Please note that sudosci does not cover the cost of return shipping to resize your item. 

All customers are provided with a tracking number when their order ships.  Once shipped, sudosci assumes no responsibility for unforeseen delays or lost/stolen, damaged or undelivered packages.

Please contact me if your order is missing, but be advised that you may need to contact or visit your local post office directly for assistance.
